Larry has been a partner in G&S Investors, a real estate development company based in New York. G&S is one of the leading retail developers in the New York metropolitan area. G&S takes under productive or problem sites and works with communities and municipalities to bring difficult sites back into production and create jobs in underemployed areas.
Prior to his real estate career, Larry was a psychologist, faculty member and administrator for 18 years at both an international college and a traditional U.S. based university. He has also worked in various areas of international rural development in emerging nations and directly with countries seeking to establish their independence via the Decolonization Committee of the U.N. (Vanuatu, East Timor and New Caledonia).
Prior to his university/international development experience, he spent two years as a psychotherapist in the first drug addiction hospital in New York City.
