Linda has worn many hats in church, corporate and nonprofit leadership. After almost a decade as a Franciscan nun, she earned an MBA from the University of South Dakota and spent the next decade on the finance staffs of General Mills and Target Corporations. Her next decade was in nonprofit leadership, concluding as Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Minneapolis. She then founded Leadership Tactics, Inc. and joined a number of national cohorts to develop an innovative multiphase Executive Transition Management approach which assists nonprofit organizations in successfully managing a change in executive leadership. A final count had Linda serving as an Interim Executive Director in 23 organizations.
