Tuition refunds are only available to students that have officially withdrawn from the institution and when a credit balance results from the tuition adjustment.
Refunds are not available for Leaves of Absence or other voluntary reasons with anticipation of return. Tuition refunds are not available to clinical students who have begun a rotation or are within four weeks of the startdate of a scheduled rotation. Clinical deposits are not refundable to students that do not start rotations or have delayed the start date for more than 4 weeks attempting to pass USMLE Step 1. Official Withdrawal and Tuition Refund request forms can be obtained from the U.S. Bursar’s Office, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Clinical rotation refunds may be subject to imposed cancellation fees dependent upon time and location.
Tuition credit adjustments will be processed in compliance with the following governess.
||100% of the collected tuition less an imposed processing fee of $50.00 US|
||80% of the collected tuition less an imposed processing fee of $50.00 US|
||60% of the collected tuition less an imposed processing fee of $50.00 US|
||40% of the collected tuition less an imposed processing fee of $50.00 US|
||No Refund is available|
A request for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the Associate Dean of Basic Sciences or the Associate Dean of Clinical Medicine.
Laboratory fees are non-refundable after the start of class.
All paid fees, including the first semester seat deposit fee, application fee, transportation fee are excluded from this refund policy and are not refundable. The institution reserves the right, at its sole discretion to apply any forfeited fees to future tuition charges if and when the student is reinstated.
