Penny Hart

Penny Hart has served as the CEO and President of Tri-State Consumer Insurance Company since 1990. She is also directly responsible for reinsurance, rates, new ventures, creating effectiveness in process, planning, analyzing risks, and executive hiring. 

Ms. Hart graduated from the State University of New York at Albany is 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
